We were delighted to attend the official opening of the recently completed Curzon House refurbishment in Saltney.
The refurbishment provides 36 private rooms for people who have been homeless and in need of supported accommodation. It will operate through Forum Housing who will offer the right support, a safe place, and tools to enable the residents to find a long-term home.
The building is owned by Cheshire West and Chester Council and was previously used as a residential and respite home.
We are proud to have acted as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the scheme, which was designed and constructed by F Parkinson Ltd supported by architects Lovelock-Mitchell-Architects, structural engineer HBL Associates and M&E Engineer Davies Partnership.
