£4m comprehensive refurbishment of Chancellor’s Hotel & Conference Centre,  a Grade II listed mansion with modern extension.   The project has seen 68 standard bedrooms, four executive suites and a bridal suite completely renovated including new furniture, fixtures and bathrooms.  Public areas have been modernised including  the lounge, conservatory, hotel reception, bars, meeting rooms and hotel corridors,  with heritage works to the exteriors also implemented.    A new lift was installed along with a new plant room.Won Best Venue at County Brides North West Wedding Awards
